Maybe it's a silly comparision but I don't think porto would have been beaten 6-0 like braga was.

In principle, there is no perfect justice in a knock-out elimination system.

Nevertheless, Braga finished in a better position than Porto in the last season and then went to eliminate Celtic and Sevilla. So, at this point we can only assume that Porto would have fared better with Arsenal
