Design The Footytube World Cup Mascot

After seeing how many talented artists and designers we have about the site after looking at this thread:

It occurred to me to tap into this creative potential once more and start a World Cup mascot competition.

What I want from you is a totally new and unique mascot we can call our own during this summers World Cup.

It doesn't matter so much what medium you do it in or how well it is produced the idea is the important thing and we can polish it up for you.

'Hey don't companies get paid millions to do this?' I hear you cry. Well yes and we will also be giving out fan valuation prizes. The winner will get a £5 million boost to their fan valuation and notable entries will be rewarded with £1 and £2 million.

I don't follow a Gorilla unless it's a Silverback- hence, if you are wearing a jacket, I can't assume there's a pretty color under there.... The magentaback is bad, but a maroonback is worse.... What is Ant hiding?

If we look at the past mascots, we can see a pattern emerging.... The last two were lions and the first was lions. Hence, the new decade restarts the cycle! We must draw lions, lots and lots of lions!

Now, I didn't draw it all. I had to redo that hands and feet, do the shirt, flag, etc.... Basically everything but the head, arm and legs. And this is a rough version. I have an un-shaded one, too.
