Best team is always a tough one, so many over the years.

Club teams from Brazil, Argentina and even Mexico have great history.
European clubs always stick out because of the European Cup- and the
Best of the best of course end up in England-Italy-Germany and Spain
And of course when you think of those countries, you certainly think of
Liverpool- AC Milan- Bayern Munich and of course the great Real Madrid.
I think those 4 clubs combined have won the European cup 25 times say no MORE!

# 5.... .... Real Madrid 1955- 1960 (5) European cups in a row!
# 4.... .... Manchester United 1992-2011 They won the treble. Sir Alex!
# 3.... .... Liverpool 1975-1990 Best English club in History. Pure Class!
# 2.... .... Germany 1972-1980.... German football at it's Best!
#1, , , , , , ===, , , , , =====, , , , , (((((Spain))))))) 2007 -2013 greatest team in Football History

Newcastle 2001/02 or 1996/97
In both of the seasons they finished in champions league qualifying places. Alan Shearer was one of the top 5 strikers that time. Then they were mah best team when Owen played for them. Last season was quite good, when we still had Rémy and Cabaye, then those players departed. Now if you look at the table, you see the team at bottom again

Cruyff's Barcelona dream team in the early to mid 1990s with Zubizaretta, Koeman, Ferrer, Guardiola, Laudrup, Stoichkov and Romario, the early 90s AC Milan team with Maldini, Baresi, Donadoni, Rijkaard, Gullit and Van Basten and most lately Guardiola's Barcelona with Puyol, Piqué, Xavi, Iniesta, Messi and Villa.

The late 1970s/early 80s Liverpool with Keegan and later Dalglish and the early to mid 80s Juventus orchestrated by Platini weren't bad either...
