Ay Rodrigo why Gabriela are the f*****g dopest modern bands around in my opinion. So amazing and unbeliavabley creative, my brothers seen them a few times I am pretty sure. They played at Coachella when Rage played in 07 and my brother was at that show They are great though real modern diverse force in modern music, love em
Here is another few I have been jamming recently
One of my favorite lyrics of all time
Devolution, I have the studio version but this is great
That is f*****g amazing Anubhz, thanks for posting. What song is that ocean? John Butler is awesome, what a great guitarist, and our generation as well haha. I guess you never get bored listening to songs when they give you those good chills and goosebumps. I remember I was listening to a Hendrix song one time and the hair on the back of my fingers was standing straight up and of course I had a huge grin on my face, laughing at myself thinking how goofy I probably looked, but I didn't really give a f**k. Music is the best
12 string guitars have so much body and sound as well I love it. Have you ever heard the Leo Kottke album 6 & 12 string guitar? It's a good un, from way back in the 70s though my pops has it on vinyl
6

My pops loves Kottke, he is an amazing guitarist. Incredible musician, he is great, I saw him in Telluride Colorado in 07 or 08 awesome show even though he is getting up there in age haha
I prefer John Fahey though, he isn't as technical as Leo but the feeling he gets is amazing and the sound, pure soul. Similar to John Butler in that way I guess
I love the tapping and the way Butler slaps his guitar though, pure feel
Stanley Jordan never uses picks either but he plays an amplified guitar. I was introduced to him at one of my really good buddies memorials at his house in the forest. There was this guy playing guitar and a lady playing harp beautifully. The guy was just playing very quietly on his guitar the amp turned down real low there was a big circle of people out near my friends house and this guitarist was amazing, some of the best playing I had ever heard. We later saw him at the concert in memory of my friend who died when he was 17 on a much louder guitar haha. And we looked him up turns out he is this world famous guitarist Stanley Jordan.
Coming full circle here is the Hendrix song I was talking about
Cheers sorry for the length, just thought it was a great video haha
