Hi guys as I am from India the ISP's here are crappy....
For us 32kbps is the basic speed which you get for minimum cost....
The highest is 2mbps but you just can't afford it!
So we have to end up buying the average cost speed which is 125kbps or 256kbps anything above that is too expensive....

So what I want to know is....
1. From which country are you?
2. What is the minimum and maximum speed which you get there?
3. And finally what speed are you using?

Hi I am from India to  Minimum we get here is 35kbps and maximum is 10mbps from reliance I guess  I am using 140kbps pack

Dude I'm having 256 kbps speed, planning to get 394 kbps provided by you telecom and is cheaper than what I'm having!
What about you? What speed you are having?

Em having 128kbps speed man  Takes half an hour for me to buffer a video.  Its terribly frustrating.
