I don't think players should be separated by teams. It will only create an imbalance because not all teams will have the same number of contestants. What I would propose is just gathering all the names, do a draw and have a 2 legged knock out competition - where away goals count (or don't, your decision). And at the end of the day, the winner is the best PSN FIFA player on footytube, regardless of what team they support. Feel free to disagree
