Wow, Wigan was fantastic.... They only needed first half to destroy newcastle. When did they become this good! Congrats!

Excellent game for wigan. Congrats! They were on the brink towards relegation. This is definitely a dramatic comeback. Kudos to the manager

Tim Krule what a horrible goalkeeping, i've always though newcastle needs another goalie to be in top 4 of course, maybe lindergard from Man UTD or someone else...

Are you kiddin me? Krul has been one of the best gk this season
Mt1234 (Bolton Wanderers) 4 years ago
@Farox No idea what you're on about. Krul is one the top keepers in Europe

Farox where have you been this season?
KingHarryKewell (Liverpool) 4 years ago
I think you've been watching too much La Liga Farox. Krul is an exceptional goalkeeper - just because he had a horribly off day today doesn't instantly make him a horrible goalkeeper. Even Valdes (to put it in perspective for you), despite being a quality keeper himself, has his off days as well. Does that therefore mean that Barcelona need another goalie? No. Same rule applies to Krul.

Try watching every game that Krul has been between the sticks before you make that judgement - he's made some great saves this season and been part of the reason why Newcastle are where they are now

ONE does not simply beat Wigan at this time of the season. Avoiding relegation since 2006.... Neo Anderson style

Bad result for NC barring they have Chel$ea and Man $ity to come. I'll be having my fingers crossed though

Props to Wigan Athletic they played really well. They have been on there own great run of form as well and they deserve to stay in the premier league with performances like that. Cisse hit the bar twice.... It just was not our day

Wow, what a match from two of my favorite and most entertaining teams in the Premier! All the goals were quality, I'm actually having trouble picking which is best; but I supposed Di santo's brilliant and unexpected chip deserves it What a game!
