I think the Shearer back with Hughton behind him is the perfect choice.
I wouldd not give O'Leary the position in a million years. He's not managed or even been involved with any major team for over 3 years. He's known for spending big and has never brought success, that's the last thing Newcastle want. We've been doing that for too long already!
