HOW-TO: Embed Videos & Photos In Posts
Lee (Kidderminster Harriers) 7 years ago
There's really nothing to it, just paste the video or photo link into your post, and it will be automatically embedded. Video embeds currently supported are Youtube and Dailymotion, with more coming soon.

Images must end with a valid image extension such as. Jpg, . Gif or. Png. If the picture you want to embed doesn't have one, try right clicking and looking under properties for the real address (this won't apply to 99% of images so paste away)

Here is a few tips on how to get a photo onto this topic. If the photo is already online, I would recommend finding it and right-clicking on it, which should reveal a menu. There should be an option like 'copy image URL' or similar in the menu. All you then need to do is post that URL here. Just literally copy the address from the photo, paste the address here and the photo should appear.

If your photo is not already online, I recommend finding the photo on your computer, and going to Link: which is a free online image host. You can upload as many images to that site as you like, then you need to copy and paste the 'direct link' into the forums here.

Feel free to practice in this topic:
