This Elia guy has come out of nowhere!
Blooob (Liverpool) 2 months ago
Elia has develped himself very good last years his hard work payed off with a spot in the dutch selection
Jonny (Barcelona) 2 months ago
What an unfortunate mistake by Weir; it almost looked like a draw
Blippito (Liverpool) 2 months ago
Perfect record!
Incuteration (Everton) 2 months ago
Elia is good, he is a fast winger/striker. He is so underrated, I think he was from a Dutch club last season and Hamburg bought him this season. Now Hamburg has lots of fast players, eg Castelen, Elia, Pitriopa and more. Hamburg and Bayern too fight for the title!
Swolf (Everton) 2 months ago
Hey would play beutifully at Barca...

Damn, netherlands is a boring team, I hate watching them.... F**k the orange col kills me
MDK187 (ADO Den Haag) 2 months ago
F**k you netherlands play atacking football like spain, brazil and many more. They absolutly not play on the counter or wait for the others team fault like scotland was doing that's boring. Like watching to english teams play except for arsenal
Chiefgilray (Arbroath) 2 months ago
Scotland played the netherlands off the park, for once, so many chances and Kuyt diving in the box? No need when the dutch had nothing to play for. Our goal was true, it came back from a dutch player, goal should have stood!
On the plus side I'll be supporting our orange friends in the world cup, they are great team to watch.

All the best

Elia played for FC Twente before he went to Hamburger SV. He sure is developing quickly right now. Might play Robben out of Dutch squad at WC 2010!
Vben0 (Barcelona) 2 months ago
He might he might not.... Hey he has a year to develop at Hamburg.... I hope he does! That will make Robben work even harder.... Then the netherlands has 2 great wingers! OMG.... Now both in bundesliga so in gonna' be easy comparing them.... I'm a big fan of Babel but I guess I lia just got passed him and showed he can do the work in Oranje.... Now its a battle between Robben and Elia.... For now Robben is more experienced in big games like this but over and year Elia will have a lot of experience too so its gonna' be harder to choose for van Marrewkijk.... But for now I think Robben will stay in the starting line uup.... But who knows.... Hope this wasn't beginners luck.... Good luck to Elia and Robben in bundesliga...

EdRossoneri (AC Milan) 2 months ago
What a Goal!
Bullit (Ajax) 2 months ago
Scotland wasn't that unlucky because they had more and better chances than Scotland
Chiefgilray (Arbroath) 2 months ago
Its the scottish way to loose dramatically, I love it, we're a proud nation and know when we're beaten. An amazing game, just shows we can play football and are underated!

The World Cup will miss the Tartan Army, maybe next time
Adnanovic (Arsenal) 2 months ago
Elia what a good player!

I saw him play by ADO denhaag. He was there very good. (in my eyes)

He go to lower club, then he went to Twente. (sub)

He get better, last 2 seasons. Now he plays for HSV.

He will get the TOP! (He will be better then Messi!)
MDK187 (ADO Den Haag) 2 months ago
Better then messi is to much but he will be great
