Please, Milanistagirl, do make a comparison between the understanding of fair play in Seria A, and, say, the EPL.
You will find that there's an unbelievable difference. And this comes to light best in European Cup matches.
When I hear fair play, I think of English teams, or Bundesliga teams. I do not, in any way, think of Italian teams. And I KNOW I share this opinion with the majority of football fans the world around. Now, why might that be? Does everyone hate Italy? (I don't think so, personally I love Italy, it's just the approach to football that I despise)

If you watch it from a different camera angle then you can see it was onside. In the one I saw it was clear. But even in this one I can see that they are at least on the same line before Kroos shooting.... But come on.... Are we seriously debating about offside goals here?

I mean if Napoli had been competing on the same level of performance as we did then ok, why not. But neither in the first, nor the second leg did Napoli indicate any sense of danger in the box. They play with passion, yes, but that's it. THey got two goals out of standarts and an own goal from Badstuber. The final scoreline is more than flattering. That's it.
