In terms of players to bring in, who do you think Fergie should bring to United?
I have to say Dzeko looked pretty good in the Champions League game tonight

Dzeko would be good for any team, he's an awesome player. There quite a few players that would really improve united squad. Dzeko would be great and I think work well with rooney, but I really believe we are missing some creativity infront of goals. Creativity which David Silva could do very well in fixing.

Imo if fergie buys someone good this january transfer window then I think we can win the title again and do well in champions league, but if fergie doesn't buy anyone chelsea might be to strong this season

We don't need to buy anyone and Fergie said he won't spend big so don't hold your breath. We are 2 points behind with many injuries and Chelsea has all their key players so we have no problems in terms of depth! We have scored 34 goals in 15 games and conceded only 13 meaning we have a solid attack, a creative midfield as well as a tight defence. We get all of our defence men back by new year and as far as creativity goes Hargreaves will be fit soon and if he is anywhere near his best we won't experience any problems. Overall, the only player that might make a difference for us is David Silva, which I personally think buying him is not necessary. We have Obertan, Nani, Park, Valencia and Giggs. Maybe a Nani is not consistent and Obertan still has to improve but in the context of team they are working out just fine! Plus I think Obertan soon will be as good as Silva in terms of creating chances and his price tag was nowhere near Silva's. This is my personal view so feel free to criticize

Don't think we need silva or villa. We have enough wingers but do think Dzeko would be a great addition

Couple rumbles of late:

Reports today quote Milan managing director Adriano Galliani as saying: “We are looking for an out and out attacker. We like Dzeko, but he doesn’t have the characteristics we are looking for. ”

Milan had been considered United’s main rivals for the Wolfsburg striker’s signature but it would now appear the way is clear for United to sign the player in January.

And:

Manchester united are close to striking a deal to sign Schalke 04 goalkeeper Manuel Neuer next summer.

The German has been on Sir Alex Ferguson's radar for more than a year and United believe they will land their top target for next season.

Schalke are demanding around £10million for their young star, but United are prepared to pay that price

Need a defender, hopefully sol will come. Some reports of maybe micah richards

Yeah the defence is looking shaky right now.... Def should pick someone up to fill in while the first squad guys are hurt.
