Ugh I can't wait.... Hoping we shut all bandwagoners' mouths.... Also hoping to see Mascherano as last defender again hahaha.... Unlike this little team Ibra and 99 will punish you for his mistakes

"Messi shuts all those snipers up!" -Ray Hudson

This was meant towards all the people who are picky and always ready to attack Messi. Hope he shut you up with 3 goals and another assist. He could have easily put away another goal or two but he started creating chances until someone else scored
YousifSaid (Barcelona) 6 months ago
BTW Dani Alves is the man. Played a great game even without the goal and assist he got
Soccerrenz (Barcelona) 6 months ago
Well duh Dani is the man, shut down Cristiano  Messi is going to shut them all down eurrry DAY
YousifSaid (Barcelona) 6 months ago
I've always really liked Dani. He is not credited for his defence at all! The way he shut Cristiano down in the supercup was amazing. I have never seen any defender really make Cristiano look like an average player for 180 minutes. Don't get me wrong we all know how amazing Ronaldo is but the defence Alves played on him was Maldini-like
Donchino (Barcelona) 6 months ago
Ronaldo's big nemesis isn't Dani Alves.... It is Carlos Puyol.... For some reason Puyol always seem motivated when playing against Ronaldo. Remember 2009 champions league finals? Dani Alves didn't play but Puyol made both Rooney and Ronaldo anonymous for the whole game. Another Classico where Ibra scored the only goal, Puyol keep both Ronaldo and Kaka quiet the whole game and made a last ditch sliding tackle to deny ROnaldo an open goal. Dani out-marked him though during the super cup but I prefer playing a Ronaldo team with Puyol fit

When will people just realize that what messi has is not learned or thought, he was born with a very special gift and all he did at barca was improve it. He will always score goals, and madrid fans saying he crumbled under the pressure when he took the penalty against sevilla. Well the irony is unbelievable, because that was his first penalty since missing the last one, which I would say would be twice the pressure, but he put in the back of the net. Time for the haters to swallow there pride and give this kid his long overdue credit

Goooooo messi! This just might be the best win of the season so far including Messi's Hat Trick! Messi definitely got his crowd back from that missed penalty 2 games ago! Good job Barca!
