Can't believe we're in final.... *sobh, HELL yeahh! YNWA!
Blippito (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Bellamy, never doubted Liverpool for a minute. Penalty was a little lucky, but we made that luck!

As Andy Gray used to say in Fifa2011: "They're still in the cup!"
CannibalSuarez (Liverpool) 2 years ago
"luck" is part of the game but the fact to the matter is that was a clear penalty !
Violencia (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Haha right after it goes in at 0:46 it looks like the referee is celebrating too
SrpskiCevap (Inter Milan) 2 years ago
So lucky
CannibalSuarez (Liverpool) 2 years ago
You mean your team should have been thrashed more than 2-0 by Napoli.... Right?
Fastrail (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Yeah, I admit that Man City was lucky but luck is part of the game.... LOL
ChemicalBruva (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Who? De Jong? I agree with you completely
Caravanserai (Napoli) 2 years ago
NAPOLI
Meatball (Arsenal) 2 years ago
Did anyone think for a second Gerrard would miss that penalty? .... Didn't think so
Fastrail (Liverpool) 2 years ago
I was scared actually cause Hart is putting a hell of a performance, should never have doubted our captain
Rahitoo (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Me just closed my eyes ! So scared
ChemicalBruva (Liverpool) 2 years ago
'ERE WE GO 'ERE WE GO 'ERE WE GOOOOOOOOOOO!
Shwing (Liverpool) 2 years ago
What a game. I lost it after Bellamy's goal
Bendingo (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Pretty sure I woke up my entire street
Reddevil278 (Manchester United) 2 years ago
I ran naked in down my street when he scored. It sure got the women's attention
Miks1986 (Manchester City) 2 years ago
That is a tuff call.... The ball his his foot then onto his hand, and not with standing that, there was no obvious advantage if the ball was to not hit his hand.
Very very unlucky
Fastrail (Liverpool) 2 years ago
If I am a Man City supporter I might agree with you, but I'm biased here so I don't care . Well, you guys got the EPL up and running anyway, so go all the way for it. We're just happy that we're able to go to a cup final after a long years of not doing so, even if it is just a Carling Cup
Iamtrash123 (Manchester United) 2 years ago
@miks ye they're 50/50 its just unlucky, his hands were a bit high
CannibalSuarez (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Mancini is becoming ridiculous match after match with his ridiculous statements. He says that was not a penalty.... The guy clearly needs to go and learn the football basics before coming out & running his mouth all the time !
No doubt Stevie G told him to STFU in the post-match interview in the first leg !
He's fastly becoming a sore loser just like bacon-face Fergiedick !
Bendingo (Liverpool) 2 years ago
I just ignore him.    Biggest hypocrite in football, cannot stand him.
MadGnu2 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
He's a brilliant manager, I love the style that city plays.... But he's a pretty pathetic sore loser, Mourinho-esque
W00sh (Hamburger SV) 2 years ago
Wasnt a penalty though, blocked it with his foot
BenHall2K9 (Manchester United) 2 years ago
W00sh, the ball bounced up off his foot and onto his arm, his own faulty for flailing them about instead of tucking them in like you're suppose too
KD888 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Spend more please city
BlackAna (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Bellamy did well as a lone striker. It would be nice to see him and Suarez up front at the start of every game
CannibalSuarez (Liverpool) 2 years ago
That would probably be our best pairing but still we need a clinical finisher
Bendingo (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Soldado + Bellamy/Suarez would be amazing imo
CannibalSuarez (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Soldado is not bad but Cavani would be a much better option IMO.
As far as I understand we were in for Van Wolfswinkel but he's currently injured and the move is on hold
Bendingo (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Yeh i'd be happy with Cavani. Him and Suarez play great together
KD888 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Cavani
Ecosse (Real Madrid) 2 years ago
None of them are English, so I doubt they'll buy any of those
Bendingo (Liverpool) 2 years ago
COME ON YOU REDS!    Bloody beautiful, best Australia day I could have hoped for!
CannibalSuarez (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Stevie G really got nerve of steel.... What a smash from twelve-yards out - Hart stood no chance on that one !
KD888 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
He's the ONE
MadGnu2 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Unlucky to give away the pen from Richards- but his hands were up and the ball was still travelling to the goal. To not give a penalty there would have been very controversial.... All in all, great performance from the Reds, we definitely deserved to win.
However, I'm sad to say we look like a different team w/o Carrol in the lineup. I've been a supporter of his since his form has dipped, but it is clear that we play with much more fluidity and bite without him leading the line. I still hope he'll wake up from this funk, but his time is clearly running out...
Phillfc7 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
I think his problem is much more personal. I don't think he wanted to leave Newcastle. He has the ability to be great and play in a pass and move style. He's not motivated, out of shape, and has huge pressure on him. If he just tries his hardest and the team gets behind him and plays that killer ball, I think he will be just fine.

YEA liverpool! GO WIN IT NOW! *can't believe a day like this would come, that I would be rooting for Liverpool*
MadGnu2 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
.... What does that mean, "can't believe a day like this would come"...
Fastrail (Liverpool) 2 years ago
I totally respect supporters like you
BenHall2K9 (Manchester United) 2 years ago
MadGnu2, I think it means that with him being a United fan, he never thought he'd see the day that he cheered on Liverpool, you know, with us being rivals and that .... I think all United fans were cheering on Liverpool today, I'd rather see Liverpool lift the trophy over City!
Scmidfielder137 (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Agreed with Fastrail though I must say it will be painful to watch if Man UTD wins another league but I do prefer it to a team that buys the trophy
All in all though great win for the REDS!
Ynwa
Iamtrash123 (Manchester United) 2 years ago
@madgnu cause your our rivals and back in the day you would be the last club we would want to win. But now I want cardiff to win
Reddevil278 (Manchester United) 2 years ago
Red over Blue all day, any day, and that's to ALL teams that wear Red, and ALL teams that were blue, yes, even you Chelsea
Peletutu (Chelsea) 2 years ago
@Reddevil278 your comment makes no sense
Livever (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Great Reds!
