I remember this day well, I was at windsor park myself that day.
It was amazing the fact that ANY of three of the four teams involved in the two games could have won the league, and with glenavon and portadown drawing we sneaked in with a win over our biggest rivals glentoran which made it all the sweeter.
It was like helicopter sunday...Lol, only it was a saturday and the linfield faithful had to wait to get a glimpse of the gibson cup as it was closer two the other game than linfields.
