In order by DFB the Technical University of Darmstadt made a study about projects and organisational measures to increase security during football games.

The motive is to prevent limitations and to conserve the high potential of fans in Germany.
The average of visitors in Germany is 42.000, in Italy 23.000 on the contrary.
