I agree Le Tissier is probably one of, if not the best penalty taker of all time. But I was trying to see what people think of modern players, who would they have to take the penalty. Le God is incredible though, don't get me wrong, he converted 48 in 49 how can you argue with that. But if you had to choose from somebody playing today who would it be. For me it is Messi

Yeah, Italy are class at penalties. Grosso scored the 06 WC final winner though! It was a great one. Not JT or Becks, they just aren't cool enough. I think England are crap at penalties but Lampard hasn't missed a penalty in ages and I would say he is one of the best in the world. Then Gerrard, and third Ronaldo!
