This is one of the hardest things for a dutch person to rate the best dutch player but the 3 will always stand out bergkamp, marco van basten and of course johan Cruyff BUT in what order in my opinion each player owned their era 90's 80's and 70's atm I would say robben even thou he is more italian then Dutch *cough diving *cough* but if he stands on his feet he is the best atm
