Todays breaking news confirms Sven-Goran Eriksson has signed a five year deal with League 2 club Notts County. Considering the recent alliance of Notts County with a middle east based finance group, is this appointment really 'all about the challenge', or perhaps a nice little money spinner for the travelling Swede?

He'll probably do well with Notts County, as he has done a horrible job managing the last two national teams he's been with, England and Mexico. Also, since they're linked with a middle-eastern finance group I wouldn't be surprised if he started signing a couple of players within the next two weeks

I do think they would be in Premier League by three year's time. With financial back-up and a great coach, I think they will do it
