It Might Just Be Me, But...
Vonrasmussen (Manchester United) 2 years ago
Arsenal are just plain fun to watch.

There are few things I enjoy more than seeing a young player step up and become his own person in the world of soccer. There is usually so much energy and passion (one of the reasons I love Rooney). And when you combine those two things with mad skill you get a very entertaining combo (early CR and current Messi are good examples). And as far as squads go I don't see this happening anywhere as frequently as it does with Arsenal.

ManU are my team, but I've always appreciated what Wenger has been doing down at Arsenal and I have to admit that their games are by and far some of the most entertaining to watch. If you don't really know what I mean just watch the highlights of their game against Blackburn this weekend.

Vermalean.... Are you kidding me? You're a fullback, just stop it. You're blowing my mind.

Fabregas what did he have like four assists and a goal, and he stands with such maturity on the pitch for one so young.

Arshavin, I know he's not as young as the others but he plays with that passion that makes you remember why you love the game to begin with.

I don't really know what else to say.... It's like I've got a crush on Arsenal

I like your "fair play", what more can I say you made a beautiful sump-up of what Arsenal did during the last week, it was just Amazing !
They come back from far...

As far as I'm concerned there are two pleasant teams to watch, Arsenal and Barcelona. These are the only two teams who play a beautiful game Barcelona and Arsenal prefer to multiply the passes than to dribble or shoot too fast. It encourages team playing. That's what we should teach children who learn to play football
Vonrasmussen (Manchester United) 2 years ago
Only two teams in the whole wide world? (sounds a little extreme) I know what you mean though, there is something in their style that's just pleasant
Franboy (Barcelona) 2 years ago
Ok Luckily, not only two teams pleasant to watch lol.
Each team has its own style to the show. (Liverpool, Sevilla, Inter, mutd, chelsea....) but Arsenal and Barcelona are pleasant to watch even if 0 goal scored. The game is simply beautiful. You understand me better?

Fantastic post I agree totally. They play beautiful flowing football, and they are so unselfish. Many times you will see an opportunity open up for an Arsenal player to shoot, but instead they make the extra pass(or two or three) and end up walking the ball into the net, it is beautiful to watch. Football is a team game and Arsenal exemplifies that, as well do Barcelona(good shout Franboy). You make many good points here Vonramussen and it is classy to be praising another team, if any one deserves it is surely Arsenal they are so much fun to watch. Arshavin is one of my favorite players, I even liked him better after he put four away against us at Anfield, his play is just undeniable
Vonrasmussen (Manchester United) 2 years ago
Omg, when he put four away at Anfield I was freaking, and it wasn't just four normal goals, it was four ridonkulous goals.... Crazy little russian

Arsene did a great job with this team, they play fantastic football. The only worry for Arsenal fans is that every summer the best players are linked to a move away from England if they can keep their keep the same squad and add some new Arsenal is going to be really hard to beat, and they already are at the moment

Yeah, but it doesn't seem to have hurt them to lose Adebayor and Vermalean has been incredible filling the spot for Toure.

As an added incentive it looks like Fabregas is committed fully, at least in the forseeable future, to Arsenal. With Fabregas there it will attract more talent and encourage the talent who is there to stay. I mean who wouldn't want to be set up for goals.... I would love it

Good post, and I completely agree. Arsenal are probably my unofficial second team because of Walcott and Arshavin. Arshavin is certainly my favourite player in the premiership, with Torres a very close second

Walcott and Arshavin.... They both seem to tear apart the Liverpool defence the last few times i've seen a Liverpool v Arsenal game!
Donnchadh (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Yes Arshavin is class, he is probably my second favorite player behind Torres haha. Walcott has incredible speed, sometimes I wonder how he gets his legs going so fast

That whats happen when you combine wenger and young talented people with hunger for thropies  !
Donnchadh (Liverpool) 2 years ago
Wenger is so classy, he would never disgrace and humiliate a referee like Sir Alex did to Wiley(SAF should be ashamed of himself but I know he isn't, arrogant SOB). I think Wenger is one of the best managers in the world alongside Guus Hidink and in my eyes, Pep Guardiola(he has only been managing for a short time but he has done a fantastic job)

Arsenal is a good team to watch and theo walcatt is a pimp, but with these new rule in the EPL, they'll need to do a lotta juggling to have at least 8 englishmen, their whole team is foreign. The most boring team to watch though, in my opinion, is chelsea. They may win games, but they're just so boring to watch
Incuteration (Everton) 2 years ago
Actually Vermaelen was a left-back back in Ajax, so he knows how to attack when needed. Centre-back definitely is a better choice for him but he started to score insane goals even from that position which was so unexpected. Love watching him, might just come out to be one of the best centre-backs in Arsenal ever

Arsenal and barca play the exact same type of game. It is in my oppinion the most beautiful style of play and the way football was always meant to be played. Simply beautiful
