Ibra To....Milan!
Pragathish (AC Milan) 1 year ago
This needs no introduction, the deal is almost done, and easily is the best transfer drama this season has witnessed.
It is said that Milan are gonna' pay 40M to secure his services, and he will also agree a pay cut of 2-3M.

Pros:
- As you all know, he was just a monster in Italy. Goals galore!
- Could end our scudetto drought. It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to say that he is miles better than Borriello.
- Dinho - Ibra - Pato. 'Nuff said.
- AND, it would piss of our rivals, Moratti seems disapproving this already: (teeehee)

Moratti: "I hope Ibrahimovic remains at Barcelona. "

Cons:
- 40M is a bit too much.
- Some Milanisti (Me, a fine example) still couldn't digest Ibra at Milan, mostly due to his obvious anti-sympathetic inter attitude.

I've, anyway, made up my mind to welcome Ibra with open hands. Milan need the scudetto real bad, and Ibra can help do it.

.... Thoughts?

I think its a great deal. We all know how deadly ibra is in the italian league. Great deal if it goes through. Only thing I think you guys need is another winger, I would like you guys to purchase podolski, seeing how he played in the world cup. I think he will suit milan
Pragathish (AC Milan) 1 year ago
We tried Podolski, well, we made a formal bid of 12M.  But the man is wayy too loyal, and is willing to help his Cologne. Class act
SergioRamos (Liverpool) 1 year ago
Ahh a shame, but I guess he is loyal to the team that made him who he is today. :/

The deal is done, I'm much happier now that he's gone.    He never should have been at Barcelona in the first place
Nykmeister (Inter Milan) 1 year ago
Ibra is an ideal player for milan, his slobbish waiting around for the ball is perfect for you guys
Juno (AC Milan) 1 year ago
Yeah? His waiting around for the ball scored loads in Italy.
SergioRamos (Liverpool) 1 year ago
Urm. I do actually remmeber him running haha when he arrived
Pragathish (AC Milan) 1 year ago
I prefer my front man static and invisible, only to get noticed after scoring goals! (eg Super Pippo!)

With Dinho around, all Ibra needs is to tap the ball into the net. (which Borriello failed most of the time)
ManUK (Manchester United) 1 year ago
That's why he scored so many goals?    I wouldn't care what he did as long as he he scores
SergioRamos (Liverpool) 1 year ago
Hopefully a great relationship between the 3 front men.... When are you getting a Decent Left Winger Dammit.... I don't wanna see huntellah ever falling in that position lol
ManUK (Manchester United) 1 year ago
I'm thinking Robinho's on his way now as it's shaping up, he could play out there.
The thing is he may not put effort in it, but when he does he's a wonderful player
Bloodbrothers (Barcelona) 1 year ago
Prag if you are hoping to see that with Zlatan, I'm sorry mi friend
Pragathish (AC Milan) 1 year ago
Bloodbrothers, I can understand what you think.... Well, the Liga and the Calcio are two different leagues, and Ibra was a monster in the latter...
Bloodbrothers (Barcelona) 1 year ago
I'm saying that you are hoping for Zlatan to be invisible when we all know that he at least in Italy was always moving and coming from behind. He will get noticed but not only from scoring goals
StefanJay (Arsenal) 1 year ago
40M a bit too much? Ibra is good, and given the caliber of defenders in serie A he will do well, but he's not even close to 40M good in my opinion. But hey if you got the cash laying around then he's a good buy
Maggotsmt (FC Sankt Pauli) 1 year ago
Soccernet had him on loan this season, with a buy-out option for Milan at the end of the season for €24 million. That's a little more in the ballpark.

Good move. Ibra has always done really well in the Serie A. He isn't fitting into La Liga as well as he probley could have but Milan have made a good choice by Getting him on loan for a season before they think about buying him
Pragathish (AC Milan) 1 year ago
Man, this precisely is what I call a scoundrel deal.
An atleast 40M worth player, bought on loan with an option to redeem full rights for 24. 5M, and not to forget, with a 4M pay cut. Huzzah!
I must sincerely hail Galliani.
And this is the first time Berlusconi has kept his word-he earlier promised for a 'big signing'
Northstream (Tottenham Hotspur) 1 year ago
In Scandinavia (incl. His home country Sweden) he is known as Zlatan.
Where did they start calling him Ibra?

Anyway, looking forward to watch AC Milan this season!
Francesco2286 (Barcelona) 1 year ago
I would really like to see the old ibra come back at milan, I think a lot of ppl forgot how good ibra really is, and how much he can bring to a club, he owned serie a couple of seasons ago carrying inter on his back, I really want to see what he is going to do now with milan, and if they sign robinho as well
Marcinny (New York Red Bulls) 1 year ago
It is almost indecent, but I understand that Milan needed him and he wanted to get back to living in Milan.

Not so long ago it would have been considered indecent. I can't imagine Platini playing for Inter, Altobelli playing for Milan and so on. (In fact Altobelli went to play for Juve in his last years).

Ibra should have found a different country if not a different city. Returning to Milan, it is as if moving from United to City or vice-versa.

Ah, just senseless ranting. Good luck to him. Just a small warning though. Getting back to the good place does not necessarily brings you back the good times. Owen went back to England hoping to find again his old form. He never did. Maybe Ibra will have a different fate.
