At what is the median age in which a footy players should retire? I say once a player hits 32, unfortunately football players don't have very long careers like other sports players. Ex: Dikembe Mutombo, the guys is 43 years old and is still playing in the NBA

I'd say there is no age limit as long as the player shows the commitment and heart to play at a high level. How are you guys forgetting Maldini!
