KANU @Teja7 where did you get that from? Cheating!
Teja7 (Liverpool) 5 months ago
You can't post the stat in the Premiership forum and then expect me not to remember it in a Quiz. LOL
LumpOfCelery (Chelsea) 5 months ago
An easy question      Q: How many different nationalities have managed Chelsea FC during the Premier League Era?
Avoee (Barcelona) 5 months ago
Better to ask how many different nationalities play for Chelsea, would be easer
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Brazil, Italy, Israel, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, England  7?
Liquidator (Chelsea) 5 months ago
English, Dutch, Portuguese, Israeli, Spanish, Scottish, Italian
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago

[account-removed] 5 months ago
Few one of them is Ian Porterfield
Liquidator (Chelsea) 5 months ago
Ian Porterfield is right. So that's 8 nationalities
LumpOfCelery (Chelsea) 5 months ago
Yup, damn thought Porterfield would stuff you up. Bonus Question! how many different nationalities had managed chelsea throughout their history?
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Who scored for Italy in their 2006 World Cup semi-final victory over Germany?
GreatScot (Rangers)(Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
Totti?
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Nope
GreatScot (Rangers)(Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
Hmmm I can't really think, Gattuso, Pirlo, Inzaghi, Cannavaro.... To name a few lol

Just trying to rule some names out in the process
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
None of those, either.
Hints: It was a 2-0 victory in extra time. A defender scored in the 119th minute, then a substitute striker sealed it in the 120th
GreatScot (Rangers)(Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
Nocerino? I'm thinking his name and I can't remember if that was too early for him or not?
Magneto (Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
I vaguely remember Del Piero scoring in that game. I think their wing back scored as well. Can't remember that exactly. Was one of the first tournaments I watched with true interest in football! Loved Italy back then
Lolzkibeat (Chelsea) 5 months ago
I was thinking Inzaghi also.... Maybe Luca Toni? Not even sure if he has feautered for the national team
LumpOfCelery (Chelsea) 5 months ago
Del Piero scored and a wingback (like Mag said) so I'm guessing Grosso or Zambrotta?
Avoee (Barcelona) 5 months ago
He was #3 can't remember the name
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Grosso and then Del Piero
LumpOfCelery (Chelsea) 5 months ago
So a more definitive answer Del Piero and Zambrotta?    Edit: didn't see green gorilla's post
Avoee (Barcelona) 5 months ago
Grosso he was #3
[account-removed] 5 months ago
If you bring up the questions please don't answer let other do some work
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
I thought Ayyam had gotten it right already before that, I was just confirming
Magneto (Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
Hey, I got it before Ayyam
Sam (Juventus) 5 months ago
Haha Magneto- "vaguely remember"? It was the second best game of the tournament and one of the best games ever! We won the final on penalties, but this game was much more satisfying! Beating the Germans in their own backyard? And then we owned them again this year!

Wir sind Deutschlands Kryptonit!
Noir853 (Juventus) 5 months ago
Ah I'm late.... I would've answered it with no effort

But still, Grosso curling effort silenced the strong Dortmund crowd of 80k german supporter.... And Dortmund is where Germany never lose for 80years.... Until Italy came in 2006.

And then here comes Del Piero. His placing shot went into Lehmann top corner and its kills german hope once and for all and brought tears out to some portion of their fans
[account-removed] 5 months ago
How can I forget that semi final match. I still remember watching with my daddy who was supporting germany and I have always been an italian fan.

It was scored by del piaro and was built up on counter attack!

Ohh pirlo I love you! I can't put that performance by him in words. No praise can be too high for player of such a quality!

Here is the video of that epic match! -
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Which teams haven't recorded a clean sheet in the current Champions League?
GreatScot (Rangers)(Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
Eh how many teams are we to guess here....

Manchester United, Manchester City, Braga, Shakhtar, Nordjellands?

I am just trying to think through the games in my head lol
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Oh crap sorry, there are 9 of them.

City and Nordsjaelland are correct.
United got a clean sheet in our 1-0 win over Galatasaray in the first gameweek, and Braga did the same in their 2-0 win over Galatasaray the next week
ManOnDMoon (Manchester City) 5 months ago
Real Madrid, Ajax.... City sigh
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
City, Nordsjaelland, Madrid, Ajax. 5 more
GreatScot (Rangers)(Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
AC Milan, Spartak Moscow, Bayern Munich, Dynamo Zagreb and Lille (although I think Lille might have won their last match 2-0, not really sure just a stab in the dark really! Lol)
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Almost! Spartak and Dinamo were correct. The other three are BATE Borisov, Olympiakos, and Montpellier
GreatScot (Rangers)(Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
Montpellier, that's the other French team I was thinking of! Lol

I didn't want to look at groups, don't think I would have got the other 2 though!
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Yeah, I would've guessed Lille over Olympiakos for some reason
Magneto (Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
I doubt I'd have ever guessed Lille after remembering the scoreline of their game against Bayern!
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Definitely wasn't a clean sheet!
Madridista174 (Real Madrid) 5 months ago
When Real Madrid came back to win against Mallorca on the final day of the 2006/07 season, who scored the winning goal to make it 2-1, and then who scored to make it 3-1
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
I vaguely remember that being Beckham, for one of the goals at least. Maybe that's selective memory
Madridista174 (Real Madrid) 5 months ago
Try again. Beck's got injured early on in the first half. Hammy, I think?  Another hint. This was the game that won us La Liga
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Yeah I know it's the one that won the league, that was right before he came to LA (all the teams I support have had Beckham play for them at some point, and I kinda lost interest in Madrid when he left, oh well [/rant much? ])

Raúl?
Madridista174 (Real Madrid) 5 months ago
No lol nice try. Thanks for not looking it up
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago

Van Nisterooy?
Kapone (Arsenal) 5 months ago
Was it Guti?
Madridista174 (Real Madrid) 5 months ago
Good guesses. Ruud pulled a hammy as well in the first half, and I don't believe Guti was playing. Though it wouldve been a lot easier if he was haha
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Sergio Ramos? Roberto Carlos? Cannavaro?
Madridista174 (Real Madrid) 5 months ago
No lol
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago

GreatScot (Rangers)(Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
I looked up the squad because I was struggling for names after reading these and scanning through, Robinho and Ronaldo stood out...
Madridista174 (Real Madrid) 5 months ago
Ronaldo(9) was injured, and Robinho didn't score
Magneto (Footytube Staff) 5 months ago
Was there an own goal?
Madridista174 (Real Madrid) 5 months ago

Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
Not David James
Kapone (Arsenal) 5 months ago
Ian Walker? .... This is getting a little sad now haha, just guessing keepers I remember from the era
Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
It was Brad Friedel, he made it 2-2 between Blackburn and Charlton, and then almost immediately conceded the winner...
Kapone (Arsenal) 5 months ago
Ah man, Friedel was on my mind but I just couldn't ever remember him scoring. V. Good question!
StageFright1203 (Arsenal) 5 months ago
This would be cooler if people pretended to not go to Wikipedia to look up the answers.

Greengorilla1 (Manchester United) 5 months ago
