Unfortunately, Modrić isn't on that list.... The 7th candidate is Charlie Adam

Well the first half of the season there was no one to touch samir nasri, he was brilliant, but the second half of the season has been a bit of a let down.
And a lot of the other candidates have all been out for long spells with injury this season, so whos played a lot of games?
I reckon because of the team he plays for, and looks good everyweek, I gotta' say scott parker.
When players like scott parker and charlie adam stand out for in lesser teams, you gotta' credit them, its easier to look good playing in a top four team

My vote would go to Gareth Bale, the energy surrounding him earlier in the season was electric, and Tottenham just don't look the same without him in the side or in top form. Scored some real crackers, but what was most impressive was some of the performances he put together, just top class. He also made a transition this season to a wing back to a pure winger and did it superbly, I think he deserves it

This is the wrong list, folks. The nominees are as follows:

Charlie Adam (Blackpool); Gareth Bale (Tottenham); Samir Nasri (Arsenal); Scott Parker (West Ham); Carlos Tevez (Manchester City); Rafael van der Vaart (Tottenham); Nemanja Vidic (Manchester United)

If you vote for brilliant moments that excite the crowds and the media, you have to say Gareth Bale.

However, I would vote for Scott Parker. I am amazed with this guy. He is consistent, low key, the heart of the team, modest and a reliable leader. He can play a great role in both attack and defence. Maybe the most universal player in England today. I doubt he will ever grab a headline, but I'd love him in my team and I'd take him before Bale
