Arjen Robben, Frank Ribery And...
Pocketg99 (Arsenal) 2 years ago
During the transfer window so far many players have been rumored to go to different clubs or have been not wanted by there former clubs but not wanted by any other clubs either. Two of the more notable players in this category are Arjen Robben and Frank Ribery. Who else is like this and were will they all go?

I think you should take out that rumored part because rumors go around like liverpool women.

But in the other category, Eto'o is a big name which is slowly ending up in the not wanted pile with Barca trying to cash in on City's offer

Robben needs to leave real....come to city, we will chuck petrov out for you!

If robben comes to city the team will be the strongest(on paper) in their history and other teams will be getting worried I guess Hughes is going to make a last-minute bid as he did for robhino. And other notable player is Podolski

Might be liverpool should make a bid for him. They really look like they need a extra spark in the mids now that Alonso is gone

Alonso and roben are two different types of player, alonso threads the ball through to key players and robben is a flair winger

But, might be they need a change. They had Alonso but still didn't do a thing other than be a good team. People keep forgetting that Gerrard use to be what Alonso was to Liverpool all he had to do was put him back in his old position problem solved

Robben is staying with Madrid especially after he played better than ronaldo in pre-season. He is one of the few players to stay from the dutch contingent in Real Madrid. Besides I never wanted Ronaldo at Madrid and I really like Robben a lot more. I think Pelligrini wants to keep him and sniejder too

Pauvluchenko think he'll go anywhere?
Rayrulesohye (Liverpool) 2 years ago
I think their circumstances are entirely different, Robben on one hand is not really wanted at madrid but yes I'm really suprised he stayed. Ribery was simply creuly priced out of a move but I expect him to move to madrid or even barca and united if things don't go well. Man City could even have a punt, not many clubs have £80+ million

I think this is mainly what the Rumour Mill is all about, we should stick with that thread...
