I think his deal with Chelsea is already done and dusted even though he keeps denying it.
Lets see what happens. Personally, I think his time at Chelsea will be good assuming Roman gives him time to stamp his authority the team. But I don't see any obvious changes any manager would do with the Chelsea team. Like they say, don't fix what's not broken. Possibly a few back ups, but not more than that
