The 2nd one reminds me too much of Hamburg SV, and I think the Hamburg one looks better too look at the collars and shoulders

That is natural it was like a Swedish flag. Because it is based on Swedish flag. Founders of Boca Junior were discussing on the colours of the jersey, someone offered to choose the colours of the ship's flag which first came in to the harbour

I am not a big fan of Philly's name. It can be difficult and occassionally dangerous to conduct business within the actual City of Philadelphia because of the corrupt labor unions. However, the kits are an instant classic. The use of kahki (it's not "tan") with the dark blue must have been inspired by the Continental Army officers' uniforms. Also, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries most (American) football teams and hockey teams wore kahki knickers. I also like the use of the light blue piping. Philadelphia's city flag is light blue and gold which, coincidently, ties them to Sweden too. The Penns chose those colors to appease the Swedes who were already settled there in 1682

I do like the pinstripes on the away Crew jersey, but they could do without the yellow quasi-armbands, it really fouls up the jersey

The Galaxy's new home looks like.... An astronauts suit. With an Adidas flair.

Red Bull's looks like they put iron-ons over a $10 button-up pajama top. But it's classy! -ish. It has an Adidas logo, I guess it qualifies as cool. It still feels like punishment for being consistantly the worst team in MLS. Haha oh trash talking my own league....

Revs did well wnough though.

Woah Alen, don't overhaul us with all American kits (lol). I think Liverpool have just gone crazy -what on earth are they thinking. Also I wanted a kit to come out like Boca Juniors, a cross in the middle - I like it but not the colours unfortunately! I like Philadelphia union's away kit and Kansas City's away is okay. So is columbus crews.... Interesting thread

I'll be the first to admit that Adidas controls MLS. I really can't stand it. Because of the league's early start time, it's an excuse for adidas to show off their new tempates that are "modern" and "innovative" or, as I like to call them, "ugly. " I love the Sounders green that we had, but that template with the turtle-neck-esque collar is ridiculous. Nike had some class kits for the USL teams, but now that they're in MLS, they crap kits. The only good one in the bunch is DCU, but that's because it's simple.

Yikes who is designing our kits haha. The red and white ones are okay, nothing special, but the black kit is a disgrace. They can't make the badge black that should be against the rules or something. As for the other ones, I like the Columbus dark kit, awesome. Tigres is probably my favorite so far though, Boca's are cool I just feel like there is something lacking, not as cool as the away Inter jerseys from 08 with the red cross

Ya Charlie I agree they all are essentially the same. There are some cool ones though, I have always liked the DC ones, but that's mainly because of their sponsor Volkswagen, classy that is. We should get Diadora kits, I love their gear, especially cleats, really the only thing I like about Italian football

Haha Yea, There needs to be more variety in the kits. Adidas sponsors all the clubs so they use the few same styles they have on everyone. Then just change the color and the badge

Isn't a little early for all of these to be coming out? I remember what Arsenal's away jersey was allegedly supposed to look like for this year and it wound up looking nothing like what the rumors were saying despite having someone's attempt at a seemingly official graphic from Nike. Hopefully Liverpool changes but I like a lot of the MLS jerseys, probably because they're all the same shirt with different colors

Oh my, Liverpool's new kit really sucks.... This is the worst they have gone in ages! Playing in a uniform like that doesn't even make them look like a club that is to be taken seriously.... Barcelona is one of the very few and most notable clubs that I know that can pull off a non sponsered kit and make it look good. That is a skill that Liverpool are yet to acquire.... Most of the MLS kits actually are not that bad, and they are all more stylish and trendy than Liverpool's kit. As was said before, Adidas are making alot of money in the MLS as they are producing all the uniforms. That is very strange though because after all, nike is an american brand. One would have thought that they would have gotten at least a couple of contracts to manufacture uniforms in the MLS

Almost a under armour consistency in the long sleeve bottom left and bottom centre right. I like it though. Like Scooter mentioned its simple like Roma !
