Pretty simple. In the match centre & opinion pages we can all rate the performances of the teams that played. In addition to this, it would be fun to have the ability to rate the performance of the refs.

Edit: uhhhhhhhhh obviously the title should be 'feature' not 'leature'. I mean, it can be leature, but I'm just saying
