Found myself selecting players from top 5 teams.
Seemed I was constantly bouncing back and forth, around about from defence to mid to attack from league to league.

My suggestion:
On the buy players panel, make the players team name a link which then displays all the players on that team; manager/gk/def/mid/forwards.
