Simply put,a feature that would show the the time/date of when the the post was last edited.Like,
"Editted by Pragthish on xxx"
And if a mod edits something,
"Editted by mod on xxx "

Almost all the forums around many websites have this feature,and believe me,it would settle many a debate here!
