Good points Beastly, some of which we are already looking into. We have to index all videos on an automated basis, which means we have a lack of quality control, however we are still tinkering with the bot that finds related media, and hope to have a better working version out soon.

With regard to video quality ratings, you can already do that, below each video it says Rate this Video. We sort by most popular video first, so if enough people rate, the better videos filter to the top (of course as we're in private beta at the moment not as many people as we'd like are rating, this will change when we go live and should give you a better experience).

We will also look into adding a Duration sort, and a cleverer way of labeling videos that are part of a 'playlist'.

As for user submitted content, we have to be very careful about what is included on the site (for legal reasons) and although we plan on allowing user submissions at some point (and indeed high quality user uploads) in the future, exactly how we go about this is something we need to give a lot of thought to.
