Sad but true they had 11 players playing defence sad but I know my team is 10 times way better then zenit it was just not our day.... Good luck to zenit but I know that they will be elimated in the first round.... Defending THE ALL GAME WHAT A shame.... Teams THAT PLAY LIKE THAT dosnt GET MY respect don't CARE WHO you ARE ANY TEAM THAT plays 90 minutes WITH 11 players defending makes ME SICK I think THEY HAD ONLY 1 SHOT ON NET BUT NOT SURE.... You advance FOR nothing NEXT round you ARE OUT AND I might still HAVE A chance TO WIN UEFA CUP again.... Zenit WHAT A JOKE BUT THEY DID IT.... Congrats

Well if all we I (I am from Saint Petersburg) do is defend, then who beat you 3-1 and Shaktar Dontesk 2-0?

Zenit is unbeaten in 14 consecutive games in all competitions, and in this game there was simply no reason to go all out offensively. We did what we had to do and with a bit of reorganizing and inspiration we could make I through to the 1/8th's!

Lets not forget that you only started playing good in the 3-1 victory over porto when porto was a man down so that's not a great victory either I don't really recall your 2-0 win over dontesk but you guys played well and have been playing congrats.... However porto created loads of opportunities and as the world can see porto hasnt been on the top like last season there are still slot of internal problems that need to be fixed congrats once again to zenit and bruno alves your the greatest and danny we will get you back

When we could do 1st place by scoring a goal, and we finish 3rd.... The frustation is big. It's like every game for FcPorto it's the end of the world.... The team looks always desperate, impatient, lost. I hope they get a striker this January. It's a shame to have only Kleber, with all the millions we make every year selling players...

Simply very surprised Porto didn't advance to knockout stage, well played by Zenit St. Petersburg to advance, there goalie was great this game, really surprised with this group, but its cool, too bad for Porto not advancing I think they would have done pretty good but oh well

Porto belongs in the next round.... Just as the both Manchester clubs to start with. I'm delighted though apoel got through. They show us money still didn't got a hold on football and it's not too late (yet)

Yup so true that money can't by the drive and motivation to play as a team and score.... Love it when things go along with teams that play the 90 min game and not just show off skills....

So happy to see apoel, Napoli, and Zenit in the next round.... So now we can see some new style of play
