Unfortunately, I don't agree with the last part of your comment. As we saw today (and vs Man City) Carroll has a mean left foot, which is why I think he needs to emphasize more of this foot skills than his headers. Headers are nice, but only for corners, or quick breaks.

If we start doing more pull backs, or square passes for Carroll, then he will definitely score a ton of goals

Suarez really adds to Carroll's game. Give them 3 games playing 70-90min together and Carroll will be scoring 20 goals in the league. Also, Downing's crosses will get better and better with every game, as well as Adam's and Gerrard's free kicks
