I would say North Korea is more corrupt, they spend about twice as much on the military than on feeding their own people, who go hungry a lot of the time, and still they manage to get a ton of support from the citizens. If that's not f-ing brainwashing (and effective brainwashing at that), I don't know what is. However, both have very flawed governments, in China the "vote" is only given to a few select officials chosen by, guess who, the President. Pretty much, they pick who they want to succeed them, keeping the cycle of f-ing the civilians going and going....

Pretty much, they're both bad.
