Bad refereeing, but human errors can only be criticized upon so much. A fair unbiased result would have been a draw. No complaints about the victory. What Evans did though, can get him into trouble if he did that out on the streets, pathetic
So what if drogba got yellow? You all talking like he was sent off. He was supposed to move faster from the field and he didn't. That foul was not a foul, fletcher nicked the ball correctly. Though I can't understand how brown fell on the ground. Evans got lucky, proly because the ref didn't see it. Rooney was not offside at the beginning. I think the refs really suck sometimes. And I think manutd played better than chelsea
Haha Gomlee. I'll be sure about that then. But please, for the sake of the Lords of the earth. Don't compare Arshavin with Berbatov. They are FAR apart. Berbatov quality is no where near Arshavins'. So ya you can compare Ferdinand and Vidic to Gallas(maybe Gallas is slightly below par, but this season he has shown he can be quite a handful) and Vermaelen. But uh.... Please no Berbatov to Arshavin. Thanks Berbatov can easily be put as one of SAF's worst buys. 30M for someone who is not consistent and scores like once in a blue moon? Hmm.... I don't think i'd need a calculator to tell me whether its worth the money
WTF is he comparing arshavin and berbatov.... Pull your eyes open dude, your comparing a road runner with a squid.... Even my boy can see the different...
LOL totally. You should see the comment be gave. He compared our defenders which I think is quite fair. But what appalled me was Arshavin and Berbatov. Hahaha how can you compare one of the best buys to a.... Flop?
Despite the lost.... Good things to look at from a United stand point 1. United Dominated Most of the Match 2. Johnny Evans has learned a lot from Vidic lol 3. Obertan played a great game when he came in as a sub, can't wait to see more of him and his development. 4. Valencia also played a great game on the wing
I get tired of games like this with poor refereeing, also can anyone explain why you would be a fan of chelsea? I try to at least respect the team but apart from a few players the team is a bunch of scumbags, another undeserved win, and if you can't see that stop watching football
Can you stop whining about one lost and get on with it? Just one ost to chelsea won't determine the champions. Just because Man UTD has lost to teams like burnley and playing catch up now, doesn't mean you whine about the ref's decision. If you said that there shouldn't be a freekick, then i'll support chelsea by saying chelsea should have a penalty when evans kicked drogba in the penalty spot. Every club will face such situations, stop whining and giving excuses for the lost and get on with it. Man UTD didn't capitalise on their chances, just look at valencia. Replacement for ronaldo? Joke
Cactus, your players are some of the dirtiest on the field, including Rooney and Evans. Stop thinking Man UTD is god's gift to football because they're not that great. If you didn't have Webb, the ref, calling everything in your favor, you would have lost to Arsenal and Sunderland as well. Furthermore, tell your worthless coach to stop running his mouth about the refs when the worst call of the game was the yellow card on Drogba instead of a send of for your s**t player. Man UTD is s**t and their fans clueless
Jonarsenal, burnley earned their win, I congratulate them and will not manke any excuses for that match, and no the season is not over but this is an important match, and yes maybe there should have been a penalty but that doesn't mean there should be more bad calls? I think we could agree that the ref was horrible but I hate make up calls, and the reason I don't like chelsea is that this is the reason americans hate football, chelsea players diving all over the field and crying about everything its ridiculous, you think rooney is cheap? He gets up and plays after he is fouled instead of lying on the ground pretending he's having a seizure, he also doesn't pull defenders down in the box that helps his team score a game deciding goal, and I don't know mariofc you must be f*****g clueless chelsea is full of dirty players almost everyone on chelsea apart from terry and joe cole are trash, mostly ballack, ashley cole and drogba, so um, no, chelsea is s**t
Did any one blamed to ref. When we (chelsea) lost against barca.... Man united deserve to loose.... And john terry completed his 1st step by scoring.... Can't wait to see terry lifting EPL CUP, champions league CUP...
I think personally its funny to see Chelsea fans complaining of bad refereeing.... I think its appalling, yes you can love a team, but if you know anything of football know this, Chelsea we very fortunate to come away with the win, but if you know how I review games its without luck involved cause it doesn't exist. John Terry was in the right place at the right time because he is a good player, no luck involved there. BUT Man UTD dominated the round of play and surprisingly really, as some have mentioned with all the injuries and other players stepping up. Valencia again in my mind needs to finish or have better controlled attempts especially when presented with beautiful opportunities.
Frustrating game really. Reminiscent of constipation.... Haha
I will say a very interesting call on Drogba, I will venture a guess and say that 1. YES he was hurt. 2. Yes the United player showed his cleats to the opponent, but 3. Drogba made a bad useless effort and that is why he was hurt, you can't hurl yourself in the way of an attempted clearance and expect to get off Scott Free. He gets the ball often so he thought he would give it a go again, but it wasn't malicious and Drogba didn't need to convulse as though in seizure on the ground. With all respect to both teams Chelsea had the most non-calls and were very fortunate to come away with a win
Disgraceful? Who are you? Have you ever played defence and tried with all your might to clear the ball with your head? If you don't use your legs you don't get anywhere. That said you don't use your legs off a chest, but I would say chest to studs more than studs to chest.
I think it was rather foolish having the experience as a striker that he does to run at the bouncing ball and not jump at all, but runs straight into Evans not seeming to go for the ball at all but rather to have Evans fall off balance as he lands which for those who don't understand footy is what a good striker will do, he just got it wrong this time. Again I say no malicious intent.
How soon after was Drogba in the box? He is a good player and I enjoy watching him, but lets be serious, and his "injury" was not.
Vidic is a wiener anyways, nobody cares about his opinion.
I am no better than you, but I am far from disgraceful, and there is no need for that. Discuss we must, but immature rabble and "name calling" if we can call it that is just silly. Poor quality on your part.
Congratulations to Terry, he deserved the goal and the win, he played well for those who actually watched the full match up
Why Mu deserve to lost.... A lot factor for the hatred on Mu 1. Johny evans not a player.... That boy someday will kill someone with that leg.... I hope he broke his leg in drunk fight, lol 2. Vidic also a Culprit, what the bloody hell is he smiling on evan's challenge 3. Valencia is stupid enough to kick Aimlessly 4. Hahaha on fletcher(you caught on that), his challenge led to a goal, think back what you did to Arshavin, what come around, goes around.... 5. SAF is so Irritating, he think he is the boss of english league.... WTF 6. What the hell is the reff giving drogba a yellow? His the one that laying on the ground.... Poor2 reff
Chirp chirp chirp, that's all you ever hear from the Mancs. They chirp if they lose they chirp if they win, so as that no one can ever be bothered to listen to them anymore
Manchester played better than Chelsea. The ref sucked, chelsea souldve never been awarded the free kick against fletcher, but if any play did deserve a free kick it was definitely evans kick to the chest of drogba ("This Is Sparta" hahaha), but seriously evans souldve been shown the red on that one (he will probably be fined later) I think rooney is one of the top strikers in soccer, but w/o a central striker or wing threat like ronoldo he has to do some much work that he facilitates more than strikes, but all in all average play by both teams and poor reffing
