Good win, but I think AVB will have to rethink his strategy of replacing old players with the new. I understand that he needs a change, but a sudden replacement of of the old boys, Lamps, Drogba and A. Cole was not a good idea from the start. He should of taken his time to replace them, and eventually phase them out with the new team. Why take lamps out when he consistently give you goals in mid field? I know he's on the wrong side of 30's, but we need results and as much as we need a change, this just proves that these players are not ready to be replaced and have a great influence to the team
