I've been following the games all year so far. It looks as though things are going well. The team has a playing style for the first time in years. Its a pretty good squad with young players plus Cavenaghi and Dominguez who are first rate. The clubs economy is back on track. The comps a long one and I'm sure that in the end River will be too strong for everyone and will be back in the top flight. Next year if they can keep as much of this side and add 2 or 3 class players (D'Alessandro for one), we could be seeing a great side. I hope I don't end up eating my words...

Even though I've never been to Argentina or ever seen River play live, their elegant style of play captured my attention all the way from europe, so it's nice to see River Plate back playing in the top league. Vamos River, ir por el título!
