Argentina V Brazil, Sep 15
Shovwar (Barcelona) 8 months ago
Good practice for both teams with their back up players.... But I am happy that Argentina drew because Brazil had a few stars in this team especially the current and future Star Neymar. Brazil would be even stronger in the rematch in Brazil. Vamos Argentina...

South America should be more organized. Who would schedule a game in a champions league night?
KEVIN33 (AC Milan) 8 months ago
It was not any ordinary game it was brazil vs argentina....
Ponchoman17 (Internacional Porto Alegre) 8 months ago
Not too many people in south America care for Champions league, and the time of the games are different. Champions league is played around early afternoon South American time, and games like these are played late, at around 9:50 (after the telenovelas).

The purpose of this game is to give a stage to players who play in Brazil and Argentina

Yeah that's true.... While you are all sleeping we are still up.... We actualy watch both the european games and the league games played in brazil, argentina etc etc etc

What I mean is that many national players are playing in the UCL, so the friendly is B-team for both sides...

I agree, is good to see local players on this clasico, but is not the samething with out; Pato-AC Milan, Hulk-Oporto, Alves_Barca, Higuain&Di Maria-Real, Aguero-City, Messi-Barca, just to name some examples.... Btw great goalkeeper argentino

Argentina were kind of lucky. Their goal keeper was man of the match. He completly robbed Brazil everytime. Good game though
SIMPLYGODS (Barcelona) 8 months ago
You can say the same about brazil mate. Both keepers did great, both teams played great. Game resulted in 0-0 it was just a fun game for both nations =P

Whose idea was it to arrange an international friendly the night Europe was sizzling with Champions League action?
Nutcracker (Arsenal) 8 months ago
Its to let all the youngsters play, apart from ronaldihno
DaGaza (Real Madrid) 8 months ago
What does south america have to do with europe?
Garzu (Barcelona) 8 months ago
It's not about countries, it's about great matches happening all at the same time making it hard to accumulate viewers
Mackiznay (Manchester City) 8 months ago
Also the amount of players from Argentina and Brazil that play for squads in Europe. Like nutcracker says, gotta' give the youngsters a chance to play...

LEANDRO DAMIAO IS A BEAST
Airwalker (1. Köln) 8 months ago
Yea, what a shame his amazing attempt only hit the post! Would have been at least a contender for goal of the year!
Obijen2le (Chelsea) 8 months ago
It's a good match. At least, it gives the local players a chance to be assessed against another nation's locals. It's a step to discovering new players. Other nations should take a cue from this. Nice one!

LEANDRO DAMIAO WHHHHAATTT? CRAZYY s**t LOL
OBIsquare (AC Milan) 8 months ago
Leandro damiao seriously bro?!?! That was too sick. Brazil should have gone home with that victory. They outplayed Argentina and were unlucky in the finishing department
Ajaxgooner (Ajax) 8 months ago
What leandro damiao tried there was some fifa/pro evo stuff! WOW!  He is the guy spurs wanted right?
Dibzz (Inter Milan) 8 months ago
