Hey guys since we have an unlimited supply of prodigies in production at Barca's Cantera, I thought its only fair to start a topic in its tribute. We can share are thoughts, pics and video's here. Let me start it off with a video on Gerard Deulofeu.
Big strong kid. Lol looks like Eto'o and Yaya had a kid together. Scrappy like Samuel and moves so much like Yaya kind of erie actually. Maybe LaMaisa is doing genetic experiments to make the perfect player?
1. I love how Messi is saying how he dreamed about playing with Xavi and the others very very cool.... 2. Iniesta video is awesome the way they mixed one scene into the next and he gets older right before your eyes. 3. I wanna see Puyol's baby pictures I think he was born with all that hair!
LOL...Yeah I too think Puyol was born with that hair , I've been trying to find a picture of him as a little one, you just can't find somethings online. But what I did find was a song that Puyol listens to before every single game.
We've got two players from the La Masia playing for Spain for this particular competition. They are Gerard Deulofeu (Age - 16, Position - Forward) and Eduard Campabadal (Age - 17, Position - Right Back). Spain are in the final round of this competition and will most probably face England for the Semi Finals. I will fill this place with Video Highlights, if any of our two players have been instrumental in the match
Info: Gerard Deulofeu played a vital role in this game ans was responsible for every goal in the game. He has two assists and other vital passes that led to goals. Paco [Valencia] scored a hatrick and Jorge Ortí [Real Zaragosa] scored one.

Info: Gerard had another spectacular game yesterday, he scored both goals to deny Portugal a victory. His first goal was purely a solo effort, he dribbled the ball all the way into the 18 yard box and after a couple of step overs shot clinically into the net. The second goal was also a solo goal, as he took the corner the ball just curved into the net Yes that's what I'm saying he scored from the corner.

Spain U-17 coach, Gines Melendez on Gerard in a post match interview.
"Well I don’t like focusing on one single player, the important thing is that the team played well, but he is a boy with great qualities and is one year younger than the others and that is very important. He’s worked well and is very young, we have to let him rest a bit now, but he is a very interesting player and I believe he has a very promising future"
This is what Gerard said in an interview with UEFA
“i was a bit lucky with the first goal – I went through, cut inside and then was fortunate with the finish as I didn’t hit it that cleanly but thankfully it went in. For the second goal, I couldn’t see many of our lads in the area so I just thought I’d have a shot at goal and, luckily again, it found the net”
