I think La liga has the worst Refs.... Look how many goals top players score just by diving.... And Serie A still has the strongest defence, the less the goals the better the defence on the other hand the most goals are scored in EPL...

Boring? But effective! Btw The Rome Derby was nothing close to boring.... Sometimes too many one sided goals can be boring. Like I would really love to see Barca vs Bayern or Madrid its not fun just scoring goals. Hope Barca meets both Bayern and Madrid in champions league

I watched the derby.... And it was a fantastic game.... But unfortunatly I watched some other serie a games that day.... Nice argument rossoneri.... Last 10 years....

I'm totally with Muellerinho on this one, Bundesliga is the most exciting league next to the premier league. That's not a secret anymore but too many people are denying it just because there aren't as many superstars like in la liga. But then every now and then (or to be exact: after the WC06, EC08, WC10) everyone is stunned by the germans, and guess what: 99 percent play in the bundesliga. It is the most honest league in my opinion, just watch and see when the financial fair play comes to light!

Meullerrinho, if you find it boring don't watch it or do you just enjoy the attention? Yes 5 matches ended in 0-0 this weekend, is that the case every week? Absolutely not! But since that little fact supports your argument you are oblivious to everything else like most biased fans.
You really think italy has good defence only because offenses in italy are the worst or use one offensive player per team? Please tell me you are not serious! Besides the obvious fact that italy has always produced great defenders, I guess offensive players like Cavani, Ibra, Robinho, Pato, Di Natale, Cassano, Klose, Pazzini, etc etc etc are all far below standard right?
There's no problem with preferring a certain league but what gets me is why certain fans, EPL fans in particular have to keep reminding everyone that their league is the best and how serie a sucks just because they say so. Are you trying to convince someone?
Also, you can't possibly compare the winners of Serie in the last 10 years, the only reason inter were able to be so dominant was because of the calciopoli scandal, juve being demoted, and other teams being weakened, etc but even with that, italy have still won 3 CL's in the last decade, which is not bad at all.

And to boomdario, yes germans rarely leave their own league and impress in international competitions but don't forget there is one team they have never succeded to beat in a competative tournament and that is Italy!

With some comments I just try to get attention that's right, but its impossible to start a discussion in here because every one thinks I try to compare bundesliga with serie a, just look at rossonieri.... He is the one who comes up with bundesliga and I just have to answer with some stats. No I don't think either defence is 2 good or offence is 2 bad.... It is just the the style that makes me ask some questions, I don't get it how some teams are scared to play attacking football, and 5x 0-0 is a good moment to ask these questions. For me it is fearful&boring football. That's all

I am neither Italian nor German, But I enjoy a goal when it comes hard.... Like in serie A.... I don't know about Bundesliga I never saw a Bundesliga game in my life so I don't want to comment on Bundesliga. I was talkin about Seria A, Premier League and La Liga.... When goals comes easy like in Premier league and La Liga its not that fun to watch but when teams battle hard to score like the Rome Derby it is exciting to me. The only team I know in Bundesliga is Bayern cos I see them in champions league and I guess they usually win the league, they have a few players from national squad. They are good and I would like to see my team Barca to face them badly

Muellerinho, the bundesliga is a great league so is Serie A, it's jsut a shame that alot of people don't recognize it. Yes it's not as great as it used to be and yes it's slower paced but there is some sort of stereotype that people seem to think every serie a team sits in their own half the whole time and it's not true. Serie A is a tacitcal league. There is a reason why smaller teams don't allow themselves to get thrashed 7-0 (which to me is boring) like in some other leagues and to me that is intriguing because they fight hard to limit the other team and in the end that makes the difference between getting a result. Hate to break it to some of you, maybe it's not as pleasing to the eye but that is also a part of football! If you are someone that can appreciate all types of football then you will see Serie A has plenty of exciting games but if you are not and you don't like it noone is forcing you to watch it
As I said, no problem with not liking a league but discrediting it because it doesn't suite your taste is another thing

As I said I still think scoring in Italy is the most challenging.... They have got the best defence strategy...

I thought Roma would win but after the sent off I did not know, pulling out a draw with 10 men would have been great.... But Lazio played well...

I think Roma played pretty well with 10 men and without Totti almost pulled out a draw. The sent off changed the game completely.... Or else we could have seen Lamela today...
