Ecuador drop 2 points for the first time at home this campaign, Argentina's defense really looking floppy the whole time, while Ecuadors lack of a finishing touch made the scoreline look very kindly for Argentina. Argentina playing the opposite of the last game lol

Messi came in late as a sub but due to the counter attacking style ARG was playing, he got a couple of runs and neither proved to be fruitful. He did get a good shot a little off target which we all expect he would finish, sadly our little Argentine could not put it in the bag.

Ecuador looks like a really fun team to watch. Montero is MotM without a doubt, I wish he had had found more success in La Liga. Quite a winger, he made you quickly forget that Valencia even plays for Ecuador lol

It was a game in which terrible refereeing was at the base of everything. Two very harsh red cards for fouls that deserved yellows, it was far too early in a very heated game to pull out those reds. The ref struggled to keep a hold of the game and should probably go back to the s**t league he is used to reffing.

Argentina were robbed of the 3 points, but the good news is that we were by far the better team. Constant chances and constant threat. We are still at the top, its all good.

Looking forward to some decent football again tomorrow! Predictions? I think Argentina will put two or three past Colombia.

I've just watching 'SPORTING GREATS' and just doesn't seem fair that players were just allowed to haul Maradona to the ground when he ever he got the ball, without getting a yellow card!:(
