Suprised not to see his delicate chip against pompey there!

As Man Utd Fan, I believe there is always goal when Wayne ROONEY around. When Don't care who comes and goes as long as ROONEY remains at Oldtraford. What a wonderful goal scorer.
maarten | May 12th, 2009 @ 2:39 pm
Yeah where is that goal? That's definitely his best goal!
Worst defense | May 12th, 2009 @ 2:51 pm
How many goals has Rooney totaly scored. 25? in all those years with Manu. C'mon. With Ronaldo around, Daren Bent or Peter Crouch would have scored that often – no, they would have scored more goals. Rooney is just an english hero -no european fan regards him

Awesome! In fact, I'm wondering how come the Fenerbahce hattrick wasn't given a mention (or was it?)

The chip against Pompey was in the FA Cup, this is Rooney's Top 20 PREMIER LEAGUE goals

Worst Defence
You are an idiot… He scores about 20 goals or more every season…and he is 23…
Btw i think he has gone past the 100 EPL goal mark this season.
Go hide somewhere and shut up.
Barcelona Fan | May 12th, 2009 @ 6:27 pm
goal number one…
you know what gets me about that goal…. he's clearly out of sorts with himself and starts talking with the ref.. walking up the pitch and then out of nowhere blasts one… with barely 3 seconds to think.. amazing
abcd | May 12th, 2009 @ 6:51 pm
Is that a best goal compilation, or worst defense? Show him under pressure on occasion please…. Don't want to knock Wayne, but that video looks more like a finishing class when someone has 3 miles of space, than a best of video.

Anyone else think Shea Given was also highlighted as “The goalie Wayne Rooney is most likely to score on”? His name was in there more than anyone else (aside from rooney)

Uh.. what? Rooney has scored 65 goals for United in the league along, and as if no one rates him in Europe ha ha, he's usually the one most managers pick out as United biggest threat along with Ronaldo!
MAN U SUX | May 13th, 2009 @ 12:10 am
great goal// but MAN U sux!!

We just saw the reminiscence of goal #3 last week at Arsenal.. Just this time, switch Rooney and Ronaldo around.. Classy United counter attack goal! And those who can't help but to criticize, what a joy seeing that someone else is being envious lol
Barca Fan | May 13th, 2009 @ 2:18 am
Apart from the top 2 goals in this video, he hasn't scored many breathtaking goals. He doesn't score the goals that will be played continuously in highlight reels. But that's not a knock on Wayne. He makes the tough shots from the tough angles under pressure and consistently as well.
I think he will be the key man for United in the final regardless of Ronaldo's form.

Amazing player my inspiration to footy!!! But I'm not sure if they showed his debut goal for Manchester United against Arsenal.
Free Bets Blog | May 13th, 2009 @ 12:56 pm
I enjoyed his hat trick on his debut.
kadore | May 13th, 2009 @ 1:03 pm
agreed, and also the teams that he scores against are all in lower end of the table with arsenal being the only exception,
i respect rooney for his fight until the end attitude and no diving in the box or around it, but those goals are not that great..

massg | May 14th, 2009 @ 5:24 am
what mr goode said is true and u will see manuchester united is the best team in the world and who is the starting striker for manu. it is wayne rooney.please dont forget an important factor he is only 23 years old in the most competitiveand exciting league in the world and his stats are 02 – 03 6goals, 03-04 9goals, 04-05 11 goals, 05-06 16 goals,06-07 14goals, 07-08 12 goals these are only premiership goals not cup or int'l so for such a young man who played with wonderful and great scorers and strikers of their time at manu eg. alan smith, van nistlerooy, this is an amazing accomplishment for any english born footballer and i will continue toback wayne rooney till i the day that i die.
messi | May 14th, 2009 @ 9:13 am

sheathfreq | May 16th, 2009 @ 2:56 pm
you gotta look at what he does as part of the team though, ronaldo would have scored less if it werent for rooney
massg | May 17th, 2009 @ 1:21 am
