As an Arsenal supporter I've never liked Manchester United, but I've always held Giggs in very high regard. Hell, even I get excited when I watch replays of his goal against Arsenal in the FA Cup. It's bloody brilliant. This man's level of talent is beyond belief and he will always be remembered as a legend. Not just for United but for the whole of football.
I hope all the new United “supporters” watch this so they know what a real footballer looks like, and that Ronaldo will never, ever be on the same level as Giggsy. Not to knock Ronaldo or anything. He's talented as well and I'm sure he's a nice person off the pitch, but Giggs is in a whole different league.

why should he win award? there have been many players better then him this season he has only made 12 starts in the league with 1 goal, he is stil great player but certainly not as good as he once was.

This is what footy is all about….shear will and guts and focus….a champion and stellar teammate there will never be the likes of than Giggsy…and this from someone who can't stand MU! I love the game and I honor the game first…and to not honor Giggsy is a fool's choice. Rock On Giggsy….you embody the reason we care so much for The Beautiful Game.
