What country was the referee from? Giving the old wars fought out between Spain and Turkey in the past, Christianity v Islam, I thought it interesting to see the referee blessing himself and looking up at the sky at the end of this game.

it was disappointing that my fellow countrymne didnt score more goals. spain was weak, but it was still enough to dominate turkey (at least euro 2008 semi finalist) the whole game.

Spain looked weak in this game…the turks are a tough bunch and if they had good players up front the score card would have been diferent..
