Torres on fire, Gerrard inspired the team, Aurelio kill off the game with his Brazilian free kick which left Van-the-didn't-twitch-a-muscle stranded and last but not least Dossena lobbing the Van-the-look-over-with-desperation rooted on the old traf-fart soil scattered with Man-ure … hahaha … what a sweet entertainment for the scousers !!!

Manchester United…AS A TEAM…are better than liverpool for many reasons “FACTS” and the main reasons is the consistency of Man United players and the size of the squad. Liverpool have a problem with consistency and even the biggest liverpool fans cannot argue that. Manchester United can slip up against liverpool…fine, it happens. But United can go and win (without draws) their next 12 games. Liverpool are not capable of this. Im not saying that Liverpool is a worse team, just not as consistent as Man United and this is what wins you the PL Trophy

How is it Van der Sar's fault? Was it his fault that Vidic played poorly today and (a) let Torres get by him and (b) committed a foul which Liverpool then converted? Was it his fault that Evra conceded a penalty? The last goal was entirely his fault. He was way off his line, sure. But the other three were all fuck-ups made by his defenders.

all i can say as a united fan is that we had an off game and credit to liverpool for winning
they played good and united slacked
but i see this as a bittersweet pill because itll keep us awake of the threat of teams trying to win against us

Noah i kno wat ur saying, and as a pool fan of course i've seen that happen numerous times. however, the seasons not over and we both hv villa n arsenal left this season and they r gna fight lik they're in the title race to get that 4th spot mind you. if u rmb our form last year at ard mid-march till the end of the 07/08 season we've won all the games n only lost one game n thats to man utd. statistically both teams hv finished the 07/08 season very strongly. Also we sitll hv no clue whos gna get regulated n the matches against teams who r ard 15th to 19th (west brom's going for sure lol) r gna b hard to win.

The loss to Liverpool gave nothing but a false sense of pride and hope to Liverpool fans. We've only lost to Chelsea and Liverpool home and away this season. We destroyed every other team in the league and took points away from In form Hull and Aston Villa when it was crucial. We set an amazing record of over a 1000 minutes having not conceded a goal while liverpool continued to drop points against Everton, Man City, and Wigan. A team that beats First and second place with ease but struggles to even earn a point against teams 5th-10th deserves nothing but the dismissal of their coach and a revised starting lineup.
