1st goal was clearly offside… the Asst Ref was not in position to see that Pato was ahead of the ball.

Pato was behind the ball. Try and find a video where sky got the line of the offside starting from the ball and you can CLEARLY see that Pato was behind the ball with like 3 steps. Beckham was millimetres ofside when kaka passsed the ball
