it still amazes me how Ryan Giggs, one of the most successful player, maintains such a low profile in sharp contrast to other young players who score a goal or two here n there and their feet doesn't to touch the ground.

What a player, what a man.
You have to look long and hard for a player of his quality, that also posseses his proffesionalism, his loyalty, his humble personality and his fairness. I read the other day that he has only gotten 1 red card in his entire carreer and that was for Wales. That makes it almost 800 games for Giggs without being send off for Man United.
To be honest i dont think english football will ever see a player like him.

Giggs is a legend. Grew up watching him and I am pretty sure,in 10 years time I am gonna meet him. When I do, I wanna tell him how much his soccer influenced my game and what a great individual he is. He is one soccer player that choose soccer and not the celebrity life that comes along with it. It's not wrong to embrace that life,but it shows you how much he loves Manutd and soccer. United made many good calls over they years, but none can be more so than the signing of ryan giggs. giggs is a living legend… along with scholes, you just don't see players of their class and stature with their heads screwed on so tightly and their feet so firmly on the ground anymore.
although i do have high hope for this current generation of young arsenal players :D.
