@Tom: Yes Berba's goals are definitely offside, and Rooney need several chance to score, but you cant deny that Man Utd deserve this victory, considering how much chances they created and how they dominate the game overall. And even Rooney got a goal disallowed due to offside, while in fact the replay clearly showed that he is onside.

Umm, actually, you can definitely claim that Man U didn't deserve this victory. Before the first goal, the game was very even, and Celtic was even getting the better chances. With the first goal also came a change in momentum which often happens after goals are scored. It was a benefit that Man U certainly did not earn. The second goal increased the scorline in Man U's favor undeservedly and they continued to gain momentum that they did not earn. If those goals were disallowed as they should have been, the game would have been completely different with either side taking home the points.

The fear instilled in SAF by the fact tha Ronaldo and Tevez wil leave soon and possibly right this January comming shows clearly. Instructing CR7 and Nani to play the flanks for Rooney and Berbatov is a simple game of football, boring and , impractical that anyone other high caliber team can catch on very fast. It shows clearly that Berbatov has no fire, no will or desire to fight for the ball, just sits there and waits for the opportunity that is created by Ronaldo, Anderson, Nani or Giggs or Fletcher, Bad choice for Man U. sorry fans but he does not belong in it. You are better of with Rooney as a lonely striker on a 4-3-2-1 combination. It him takes time to score but eventualy does it.
