Absolutely brilliantttt!! Nice move by Nistelrooy, superb shoot by Robben and Sneijder. Entertaining from start till end. Just as expected from the Netherlands. Hope Van Basten could bolster up the defense and let Huntelaar play against Romania

Sorry but this is Karma for not including Sagna, Clichy and Trezegol in the squad. Domenech you crazy son of a bitch put Anelka in before Trezeguet.

Holland whooped their ass. Sad for France, they brought the offense but left behind their defense!
I thinked France underestimated Netherlands completely and paid for it.

where are those arrogant people? believing they have a great team just because they had luck at Wc2006. They played wel though, nice ball from malouda to henry and many more, but no one can beat the move made by RvN where Robben gets the ball and passes to Van Persie
and all the goals even that from france were great

france played a good game, holland just played better. france had far more chances than holland. including an obvious handling (it doesnt have to be on purpose) in the box. should have been 1-1 and ended such as. domenech shouldnt have taken out malouda (replaced by gomis - who has only played one game for france which was a friendly against ecuador) and instead put in nasri.

Great game. Nice to see Holland (and Croatia) playing some great football. Shame the Italians didn’t lose yesterday. I would be DELIGHTED to see them go out in the first round. I was disgusted that they won the last World Cup.
Lastly, thanks to Fred54 and to FootyTube for all their hard work. It is really appreciated by those of us who live in countries where the cable companies’ fat wallets have meant that the EPL and international football are no longer available on free-to-air.

I am sad to see france loosing big time like this, even though they played very well and they performed better than Netherlands. What the F UCK is up with France goal keeper!! Add to that the horrible defense from france. Anyhow, there is still a slim chance that they will make it. Remember, no one thought they would make it in the last world cup and we saw them in the final game. Let’s see…
PS: Anika is good for nothing (he is a piece of dry SH IT.

Congratulations Netherlands for your great football! Domenech should learn from van Basten who replaces 2 offensive players leading 1-0. I’m happy with this shoutout this would permit to clean the staff and old players. I hope they’ve realized that the french filosofy of organisation and defense is a wrong one even more with this awfull cast. I’m french but i leave in spain and hopefully i can see real football.

I’m dutch myself and I must say that we have exceeded all expectations and even the team is surprised with the outcome. Compliment to France as well though as they had many chances however we have the best goalie in the world…

I think you didn’t see the same game as we did. It was 4-1 for holland. France has to change something, their players are old and tired. And glkp was funny .
Wait for the italiens to beat you!

Love the foolish expression on the face of Domenech. How he could leave Mexes, Flamini and Trezeguet out of the squad is still a question unanswered. And he paid the price nearly in full. I look forward to seeing France be swept aside once more against Italy. Must be lot of fun!

@Dave Domenech is the biggest hack ever. He even left Bacary Sagna behind and played Sagnol instead. He has Lassana Diarra on the bench and plays Makele AND Toualan?? Unfathomable. He values loyalty over ability.

Seriously i have got no idea what Domenech is doing, God save him they lose against and he his out. I am An Amrican but domenech lsot everything with his tactics. He tried coming in from the left thinking Malouda was the saviour which i felt was wrong. Having had just a point from the last match with no goal i never expected the use of 5 midfielder when they have got 4 other striker on the bench. I am an Arsenal fan, did not like flamini leaving but he his still a wonderful player. I have got no idea why Sagna and flamini did not make the team. Using Abidal in the first leg were absolute wrong. Thuram wasnt supposed to make the starting line up yesterday looking at the fact that Holland players are fast and thuram has lost his pace and looked sluggish. Malouda was outrightly poor on both matches, Champions league final shld have disqualified Malouda. I would have used this if i was in domenechs shoes.
Greg coupet(GK)
Sagna(RB)
Gallas(CD)
Mexes(CD)
Evra(LD)
Ribery(RW)
Flamini(CDM)
Toulan or Nasri depending on training and fitness.(CAM)
Benarfa (LW)
Benzema (LF)
Henry (RF)

Holland got lucky. They always seem some how to get a first lucky goal, and then all they do is counter attack like a bunch of douchbags.
It’s only a matter of time before someone scores before them. And then we’ll see how they cope with that. That’ll be a true test.

Why is everyone blaming Coupet? Firstly let’s not forget he is coming to the end of his career. Secondly I don’t think he did a bad job at all. He was just given no chance. Robbens goal was simply so unexpected from that angle with that height that even Buffon & Casillas would have been beaten. Thirdly if you want to blame someone blame Domenech for playing a 36 year old Thuram, who was great but is now too old to run, next to a 31 year old spoiled brat in Gallas, who is also slower and quite frankly always overrated. Where is Mexes? Back in sunny Rome, I suppose. The big argument was always going to be Flamini Vs Diarra. Flamini lost out but has anybody seen Diarra play a single minute? Makelele is like Thuram. WAS truly brilliant. NOW 36 and tired. Where were the attacking midfielders? Nasri has been having a great view from the bench. Benzema benched against the Dutch? Apart from Ribery, being played out of position, there was no creative spark. Malouda doesn’t count because he’s really bad.

I agree with post no.40 I think there will be time that Dutch will be scored first and they will be the one do the attacking. So far 2 games they been counter-attacking because they went ahead first. Btw… no offence but The Orange doesnt have winning mentality, they might go thru to quater or semi but thats about it. Will see what happen next because anything can happen in soccer/football

the best moment of football in this game was created by the dutch…something I’ve never seen before from the french gays….like a million triangles and no french defender could defend it.

I hope they will
Then we have to face Romania in the semi’s instead of Italy and France again. That’s a flaw in the tournament by the way in my opinion. How can you face the teams you played in the groupfase again in the semi’s. They should change that or just draw at random for every single knockout round so you can’t know in front if you should end up first or second in a group to face a weaker country.

“They should change that or just draw at random for every single knockout round so you can’t know in front if you should end up first or second in a group to face a weaker country.”
Why is everyone assuming Romania is the weaker country, when Holland played a draw and lost in qualification round against them, and Romania played a draw against Italy and France? I think might be even better to face Italy then Romania in semi’s. Of course Italy and France have a more impressive history, but right now at this moment, Romania doesnt seem to be a much easier opponent.

henry’s performance was extreemly poor…..he missed alot of gimme goals which could have turned the momentum in the match…..if france does not pick it up they may not get out of the tables for the 2010 world cup.
