Calm down.
David Villa showing us why he needs to leave Valencia for a bigger club. They had an unusually poor season, sure, but even when they’re on they’re not good enough for him.
I’m so happy Fabregas scored.

OMG Iniesta’s assist for the second goal was so sweet, it was beautiful and Villa’s finishing is perfection. Hopefully Spain can hold out till the end.

Man, there are some haters out there, just because i have some favourite teams does not mean i hate other teams, i have respect for each team and like different styles from different countries, seriously. I watch this games for fun, not to fight against anybody or to hate on other countries. I love football from all over the world.

What a superb match that was. David Villa…u’re da man! I think he is gonna score more after this. With him and Torres upfront, Spain’s offensive force should be feared in matches to come.
But let us see whether Spain can perform when they are in a lot more pressure, shall we? Tough luck for the Russians though. They played well but I guess they still can’t match the Spainish though.

Great teamwork by Spain. They deserved the victory but I pity Akinfeev. He’s a good shot stopper but at times his defence lets him down. Good thing he’s still young so there’ll be more to come for him I hope.

Spain’s coach is still a racist curmudgeon. with that said, i love the players. very stylish play. he at least lets them play a fluid and attacking game which, like the Dutch and Brazilians, do very well.

Spain played a brilliant game. Russia also played really good, got unlucky a few times, and couldnt communicate with eachother as good as Spain. I think Russia will play much better in the games vs. Sweeden and Greece and will move on to the second round. Especially when Arshivin comes back

I knew Villa & Iniesta would be the ones to shine. Torres’s style doesn’t suit Spain. He likes a quick release and long passes. Spain prefer long build up and short one touch passing. Nice work Spain. I’m sorry, however, that Arsharvin missed the match.

I think Torres’ style matches perfectly with Spain. They are quick attackers. They scored 2 goals on counterattacks. And torres created the first goal. I agree about Arshivin though.

Spain always plays well in the group stage and bows it after. And by the way it i possible to have a Spain-Netherlands final but it’s impossible to have a Spain-Netherlands semi-final.

if u knew anything about fopotball u would have seen that torres’ movement creatyed countless chances for villa … its called a partnership…. torres himself had chances and hit the target on every one , making the keeper work..take nothing away from david villa he took his goals well but dont let his goals miss lead you over torres’ performance. villa himself acknowledged torres’ contribution, which shows how much of a player torres is, that he can offer more than just goals. next time spain play whach his movement off the ball and his ability to create space and u will see he is the best striker in europe.

I guess Putin forgot to send their rations… the Russians looked thin, hungry, and tired.
Go Spain!!!
